Carmel Guitar Society invites you to the Asilomar Resort for three nights and four days of classical guitar education, performance, appreciation, and celebration. This second annual retreat event seeks to enrich the guitar community as we did in 2025, factoring in the successes and feedback from previous participants to present an improved program for all.-Explore the instrument and enhance your playing while learning with fellow classical guitarists. Benefit from teachings by some of the world's greatest guitar masters. Masterclasses & more by featured artists Alan Mearns and Hao Yang!
The non-profit is honored to present this year's classical guitar retreat with a mindful schedule that includes space between masterclasses, lectures, ensemble sessions, private lesson options, onsite concerts and more. Bring your favorite classical guitar instrument and any music you are working on to improve or share with peers.
Classical guitarists, from enthusiastic hobbyists to professional performers, can enjoy the event and benefit from the artistry and curriculum offered.
